Day 01:- Arrival Leh
On arrival in Leh you will be met by our representative and will escort you to hotel, afternoon visit Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace and market.
Day 02: Visit Leh: - Shey (3 Idiot School) Thiksay & Hemis:
Today after breakfast we will spend the day visiting some of the famous monasteries in Leh like Shey Monastery - Until the 16th century it was the royal residence, King of Leh was supposed to be born in this monastery, and the super hit Bolly Wood movie 3 Idiots was shot in Shey school (known as 3 idiot school) and Pangong (known as the 3 Idiot lake). Thiksay Monastery serves as the residence for approximately eighty monks. It has been served, for quite a long time, by their successive. Hemis Monastery is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery (Gompa) of the Drukpa Lineage and this Monastery existed before the 11th century.
Day 3:- Leh to Diskit via Khalsar, 145 kms. Nubra Valley .Over Khardungla pass.
Drive over world highest motor pass. Khardungla (5600 mtrs.) arrive at Khalsar. Continue to Diskit a district headquarter of Nubra valley, Visit monastery and town, O/N in guest house or Fix camp.
Day 4:- Diskit, Hunder to Leh, 170 kms.
Same way back, O/N in hotel.
Day 5: Leh to Lamayuru (3600 m), via Alchi (3450 m)
Drive toward west of Leh along the Indus valley; en route visit Alchi monastery, one of the oldest in the world; drive further to Lamayuru Same way back to leh, O/N at hotel.
Day 6:- Leh to Lukung, Pangong (4298 mtrs.) 154 kms.
One way drive via Taru, Tangtse and Changla pass (5183mtrs.) Pangong Lake: -This Lake is situated in Nyoma region of Tchang-Thang in the eastern sector of Ladakh. From Leh across Changla pass (5183 mtrs.) this lake is one of largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the country. It is around 120 kms long, one third of its portion lies in Indian Territory and rest in Chinese Occupied Tibet, O/N at Pangong in Camp.
Day 7:- Pangong to Leh (4298 mtrs.) 154 kms.
Same way back to leh, O/N at hotel.
Day 8:- Transfer to airport for onward destination.
